In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Looks like you have set longer service duration than your working periods are. You have set the following working hours:
09:00 - 10:00, 11:00 - 12:00, 13:00 - 14:00, 15:00 - 16:00, 17:00 - 18:00, 19:00 - 20:00.
That means that you have a break of 1 hour between each of this periods. However, you have set duration of each service for 1 hour but there is also buffer time before and after set (1 hour each), so your services last 3 hours (service duration+preparation) and cannot fit in these periods of 1 hour. Basically, you can just put periods like this but delete buffer times because you already have those breaks, or you can set working hours from 9 to 20 without breaks and leave the buffer time.

Yes, of course, if you don't see 30 minutes as an option go to the General Settings and change Default Time Slot Step to 30 minutes, and then go back to Service and in Duration you will see it as an option.
