Thank you for being so understanding, and we hope you enjoy the long weekend!
Hi there,
I am so pleased with how you develop Amelia, it's getting more and more features that are really helpful for me.
Unfortunately I have the following problem with Google Calendar Synchronisation. When I create a "busy" slot in my Calendar it gets removed from the Amelia Calendar and this time can not be booked. This is fine and exactly how I want it to work.
When I delete this busy slot from my Google Calendar, this time can still not be booked, though. So apparently the time slot that has been blocked via a Google Calendar busy slot just stays blocked.
What can I do to make sure that all times that are not blocked by an appointment or a Google Calendar busy slot can actually be booked by my customers?
And is there any way in which I can "reset" Amelia Calendar so that time slots that are not blocked any more in my Google Calendar become free to be booked again?
Thank you
Johanna
Hi Johanna,
Thank you for your purchase.
We try to reproduce same issue ion our local environment an also on live test servers, but we can't. It is working as expected.
Can you please tell me do you have the latest version of plugin which is released yesterday?
If you not, can you please update the plugin manually by following these steps:
1.) Download zip from this link
2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.
4.) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5.) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
6.) Deactivate Amelia Plugin, and then activate it again.
7.) Clear server and browser cache
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Hi Milan,
thanks for your reply and your advice.
Apparently something went wrong when I made the update yesterday. Just went through the whole process again and did clear the cache. It works just fine again now.
Best
Johanna
