We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
How can make my table mobile friendly use? How can I control border width ?
Hello pappuneel.
Thank you for your purchase.
Please take a look at our documentation. There you can see how to customize the tables' appearance for mobiles and tablets.
If you need to set the custom column width, you need to enable Word Wrapping for the table, and then all columns will have a field where you can enter the column width.
Please let me know if this helps.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi
How can I manage it with single column?
Thanking you
Pappu
Hello again Pappu.
If I understood correctly, you want the Edit and New modals to appear in one column, instead of two, correct?
You can do this by adding this custom CSS in Custom JS and CSS under main wpDataTables settings:

Hello Pappu.
Just for future reference:

In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is described already.
Also, can you tell me what this form is? How was it created - using Gravity or Formidable? Please provide more detail to the video, so I can assist you the best I can.
