Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Amelia stopped working on all my browsers, on all electronic devices of the hourse. Yet, it keeps working for another computer.
I erased cache, desactivated and reactivated the Amelia.
What should I do next ? Fast reaction is appreciated, the website must release tonight.

It actually works on preview mode but not online.
Attached the endless loading. I tried to desactivate all other plugin, doesn't change anything.

This is the file from the database, but I will need an access to your phpmyadmin so I can take a look there what may be the issue.
I noticed also this
If you take a look at the URL in the backend you will see that the url is
https://omcxtmua.preview.infomaniak.website/wp-admin/... (attachment 1)
and on front end this is the URL
http://new.annesophie-hayek.ch/... (attachment 2)
Which can be the issue.
It looks like your hosting is redirecting to other domain for some reason.
Can you please tell me was there any changes on your hosting and also ask them why the URL is changing.
