Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

A question about [ameliabooking], there is a way to show the service category and then the services, without showing the employees.

Unfortunately for now it is not possible, but we are looking to make some more booking forms design for the future updates.

Ok employee drop down can be hidden with some CSS but the employee as an employee will be visible( and must be shown ) in back end. Employees are connected with services but if you hide the drop down the plugin will choose the employee randomly.

As for the categories this requires customization of the plugin, and I will forward your request to my team, so I will let you know when I have an answer.
