After a table is created i.e. a spreadsheet, can logged on users save their data to the word press site. I would like users to fill in a standard spreadsheet weekly and save their data to the website where an administrator could access the information and use for sales records.
When you create a table from this option every change ( adding more data in the rows) in the spreadsheet will be reflected in our plugin. So if the user adds some more rows in the spreadsheet , that new row will be shown in our plugin.
Here you can make editable tables from the Google spreadsheet and all the changes like adding new data in it must be done within our plugin.
You can also use this feature, where users can see and edit only their own rows. More information on this link from our documentation ( see the example in the video).
Also you can check all the plugin features on our sandbox site
This is a pre purchase question.

Thank you in advance
Hi James,
Thank you for your inquire.
When creating tables from google spreadsheet there are 2 ways ( 2 table logic)
1. Create a table linked to an existing data source.( The 1st option in the table wizard)
When you create a table from this option every change ( adding more data in the rows) in the spreadsheet will be reflected in our plugin.
So if the user adds some more rows in the spreadsheet , that new row will be shown in our plugin.
2. Create a table by importing data from data source. ( The 3rd option in the table wizard)
Here you can make editable tables from the Google spreadsheet and all the changes like adding new data in it must be done within our plugin.
You can also use this feature, where users can see and edit only their own rows. More information on this link from our documentation ( see the example in the video).
