I've followed the instruction video's on how to install, setup and implement the plugin in the website but it is not showing up. Before we purchased the pro version i have tried the Lite version and the pro version is using the same settings i have set in the lite version yet the lite version DID work and the pro version does not.
Do you have any pointers what goes wrong?
