Amelia has been fantastic, but today I enabled auto-update for Amelia and updated to the latest version from 3.1.1. Unfortunately it is now no longer possible to complete a booking on the site (see screenshot of infinite loading message).
Furthermore, the search is no longer returning any services at all.
I went into the Amelia settings and other than the dashboard none of the settings pages load (see second screenshot), just a blank screen. However, I can see from my site database that the service information is (thankfully!) still available.
Can someone please take a look ASAP? We have paying customers who are unable to make bookings so we have had to take the website offline with a maintenance message. We'd love to get up and running again as quickly as we can so please don't hesitate to let me know if there is any further information you require. Happy to give access to the site settings as required/
We have fixed the issue in the database, can you please check now? Everything should be working. If you don't see the Settings page please delete the browser cache and plugin cache.

Can you please open a separate private ticket and send us there your phpMyAdmin login credentials and temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
