Hello,
I am unable to delete appointments through WP. I read in the public tickets of your support that it was a problem of security (mod_securty), I called my host and they say that they can't unable the security mode strictly on my website; they would have to disable it on all websites they host. So they manually erased the appointments through the PHP manager. Thanks to them, I am not sure many host support would do that. But it's definitely not a solution for next.
In this particular case, I had many services to delete because we booked many fake appointments during the test phase of the website and they would take all the vacancies of the next months... even, it's very probable that some appointments will be cancelled in the future, and in this case, it's important to be able to set the vacancy free again.
What should I do ?

Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
That depend on from what error you get in Inspect element->Console of the browser. If you get errors 403 Forbidden then deleting anything on your server in our plugin will not be possible because of mod_security. If you get any other error then we have to investigate what cause the issue.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
