We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I jus realized there is no way to tell if a table is connected with some charts. Is it? How do I now if I can delete one of the seemingly obsolete tables? What is more, when I delete a table, the charts connected with it also get deleted! Without any information to the user. My 2 suggestions:

    1. When user clicks DELETE on a table system checks if it is connected with at least one of the charts. If yes, user gets information about it with a question if he wants to continue.

    2. On wpDataCharts display, add a column with the name of the table connected to each chart.

    Hello Przemyslaw.

You're correct - the only way to know which table was used for a specific chart would be to click on "Configure"; hit Next and under "Data Source" see what's the table that has been used to generate the chart.

Also, if a table is deleted, the chart that has been generated from that table also disappears, as it doesn't have a data source anymore and cannot be created.

Thank you for those two very good suggestions. I'll forward this to our development team in order to get these features implemented in one of our future updates.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
