    Dear costumer services,

    Yesterday I bought Amelia booking system. It was essential to have everything done by yesterday.

    After several hours we couldn’t find anywhere the .zip document to start to set up all the appointments.(download many tones without no lucky)

    I would like to have a refund back as it was a bit disappointed, services was unsefull and we couldn’t done the job.

    Please contact us ASAP to refund our payment.

    I can see all the documents into a .zip amelia document but when I was trying to add them in plugin. Wordpress doesn't seen happy about it.

    Hi Mel,

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Mel,

    I have tested the plugin and as I can see everything is working fine. We had a bug in creating the employee with working hours (when you create it for the first time) but we've resolved it and it will be included in our new version which we are preparing right now. You can open the employee and add the working hours and assign services for each period now (you just can't do that when you first create employee but after that, when you open previously created employee that issue will not happen again).

    We have also check the front-end booking form and everything is working there.

    If you experience any other issue please explain to us, because there is no issue with .zip file.
