For some reason, despite enabling editing from front end, views on the back end are cannot be updated from the front end.
In the back end, I've created a blank column ala:
' ' as Column_to_update
When I navigate to wordpress front end and insert values into `Column_to_update`, it returns `data is saved!` but refreshing the view in the backend shows no change
Using the query
SELECT table_name, is_updatable
FROM information_schema.views
shows that the view in question is updatable (YES). How come it doesn't work?
Can you, please, provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I created a new TEST SUPPORT table, and recreated the issue - no data can be added or modified. Although, when querying view 'bjj_evt_registrations_all' I don't get "Saved", but instead I get "Error! There was an error trying to insert a new row!".
Can you tell me how was this view created, and if the "Weight" column is the one that was added manually for editing?
Our company is located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
I am having troubles connecting to the website. I'm getting a timeout error. You probably removed the temporary admin. Can you please re-enable it, so that I can remote in again and take a look?

Hi Aleks,
I've determined that it will no longer be necessary to solve this issue for my website. Thanks for your help up to this point.
