Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: Our team will be out of the office on Monday, November 11th in observance of Armistice Day, but don’t worry—we'll be back in full swing on Tuesday, November 12th.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards,
TMS
Hi,
I'm using gravity forms and gravity forms + custom post types with wpdatatables to create a new post with every form that is submitted. The issue I'm having is that whenever I edit an entry in wpdatatables a new post is created also. Is there a way of only creating new posts when a new entry id is created rather than every time an existing one is edited.
Thanks
Hello James.
Thank you for your purchase.
Are you referring to the Custom Post Types plugin?
If so, I am sorry to inform You that we're not familiar with this plugin, and we cannot guarantee compatibility with any third-party apps or hardware.
Maybe there are some settings on that plugin's side that'll prevent this from happening?
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
