I upgraded the wpDatatables plugin for $55 and then spent $20 for Enavto to install it. This is $75 and the plugin doesn't work. I was able to get the plugin installed through Envato, but now when I try to use the "Create a table by importing data from data source" option, it gives me an "Error 500" message and tells me I can't proceed.
I have deadlines to make and this is frustrating. Please advise.

500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem
probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins
but instead is a problem with the website's server.
Can
you please investigate your server log and see if there are some errors.
