You can use hooks like beforeConfirmedBooking that will be triggered when your customers confirm booking. For example:
<script> window.beforeConfirmedBooking = function() { // your code }; </script>Please insert this script on page where you insert Amelia shortcode.

Thanks, but for the hook after payment, I would like to retrieve data for all fields and I need to create a custom function in php.
Plugin usually add Wordpress do_action function for developpers.

Yes we know, but at the moment there are no actions or filter hooks. However, it appears in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and insert mostly requested hooks in the future.
