Unfortunately something like this is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment and it will require some customization or even some CSS code writing.
Do you maybe have link of your booking page so I can take a look and tell you if this is possible to accomplish.
I just want the extra button to appear in a rounded shape, and not have a plus sign.
After the extra label I want to put 8 rounded shaped button like the ones I uploaded on the attachment
