I've accidently added a service which needs to be deleted and it's not deleting. Every time I click delete it doesn't go away. This is the same for categories too.
Please can you look into this ASAP as we have bookings coming through.

The new version is released yesterday and we usually wait for 5-6 days and then release the auto update, so if there are some issues with the version that it is not auto updated for all users.
The guide for manual update:
When downloading the new plugin version from CodeCanyon, please follow these steps to update manually from the existing version:
1. Go to your FTP and open WordPress plugins folder
2. Delete the old Amelia version folder
3. Upload the new version of Amelia
4. Go to WP-admin panel, and open the Plugins section
5. Deactivate Amelia, and then activate it again
The new version should fix this issue with deleting services if not I will tell you where to look if you can not provide me your phpmyadmin credentilas.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

If you have access to the site cpanel, you can send me that credentials. I should be able to access the phpmyadmin from sites cpanel.
Your host should give you the credentials to cpanel.

Ok i can see where the issue is now.
When I try to delete the appointment i get 403 error.
The 403 Forbidden error is an HTTP status code which means that accessing the page or resource you were trying to reach is absolutely forbidden for some reason. Our suggestion is to check your server log and see if there are some errors and also if you have some security plugins please try to deactivate it and see if it will work after that. Also, check if the mod_security is turn-on on your server.
This is what I get in the console
Access DeniedDescription: You are not allowed to access the document you requested.

Are there any updates on how this error can be fixed as it wasn't there before. I need it urgently fixed as people are now confused when placing bookings when the timings come wrong.

The 403 error is happening when I try to delete the appointments.
As for the wrong time I will make now more fake appointments to see what may cause an issue like this.
When I make an appointment please let me know the what time is it , and for what time is the appointment booked.
I will also check it on your backend.

The booking you made on 8:15 AM was on Mon, 21 Jan, 15:32. How was you managed to make a booking for the past?
If you made the booking at 15:32 it shouldn't allow you to create a booking at 8:15AM for the same day. Please see the screenshot attached.
And in regards to the 403 error.. How can this be rectified? There should be a way to delete services on your platform. Are you able to fix this?

Very strange I tried to reproduce again the issue with the past time but I was not able to do it ( attachment)
Now the time slots are appearing as it should.
As for the 403 error this is because some security. Can you please tell me do you have installed some security plugin to disable it, or installed and enabled mod_security on your server.
WordFence is the security plugin, so can you please try to disable it and tell me is the issue gone with the 403 error.
if it is gone please ask WordFence team to whitelist our plugin in order not to show that error.

I have spoken to the hosting provider Godaddy and they said that mod_security is enabled by default. Do let me know how to take this further. Do you have a contact number or customer service line?

Can you also ask them if it is possible to disable the mod_securty.
In regards to a site on your hosting account, the cause of the 403 error is usually due to a mod_security rule on the server.
Mod_security is a security module in the Apache web server that is enabled by default on all hosting accounts.
Apache web server, scans for violations of the rules it has set.
If an action occurs that violates one of these rules, the server will throw a 403 error.
