I'm trying to show images that have been uploaded through a gravity form but its not showing and as far as I can tell the link to the image doesn't correspond to the image folder or the name. The files are only 10MB.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also point me to the table and form ID so I can take a look.
Can you please tell me when you go to Gravity plugin select to view all entries from the form id 6, and click on image icon ( attachment 1) can you please tell me what do you see then.
This can be the issue because the pictures are not even displayed in the Gravity plugin, and our plugin also can not display that.

The
500 Internal Server Error is a server-side error, meaning the problem
probably isn't with your computer, Internet connection or plug ins
but instead is a problem with the web site's server.
Can
you please investigate your server log and see if there is some
errors or contact your hosting provider to give you the error log.
This was the reply i got from contacting my hosting company:
The issue is due to the .htaccess Gravity form generated. However, you can just rename that files to htaccess.txt. The issue exist due to most of the code on that file we do not support. However, renaming the file won't affect your site also. You can rename the file in our File manager under the following directory: wp-content/uploads/gravity_forms/
however, gravityforms is creating that file again and after searching a bit on google I found that you need to add this to the active themes functions.php
Gravity have some "strange" way to store their own data, because of that you can see the yellow notice in our plugin when creating table from gravity form.
Nevertheless glad to hear that the issue is resolved and that we found what is causing the problem.
If you have any more issues feel free to open a new ticket.

add_filter( 'gform_upload_root_htaccess_rules', '__return_false' );
now the file is not being recreated and everything is working as it should!
Every file upload is showing in the datable!
Thanks for the guidance even though it had nothing to do with your program :D

HI Mads,
No problem, thank you for your feedback.
Gravity have some "strange" way to store their own data, because of that you can see the yellow notice in our plugin when creating table from gravity form.
Nevertheless glad to hear that the issue is resolved and that we found what is causing the problem.
If you have any more issues feel free to open a new ticket.
Hope that everything will work fine now.
Have a great weekend and best regards.
