We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I'm not understanding something.  I need the ability to do group bookings which i have set up a service with maximum capacity of 10 and a service duration of 20mins. When booking it (for 4 people), I expected the time slot booking to show in the calendar as 4x20min slots booked.

    Some background info:

My client sells body analysis scans. Each scan takes about 10 minutes to complete. If someone(a corporate) books 4 slots for their employees, that is going to take 40mins.  How can this be reflected in the appointments calendar and consequently google calendar?

    Hi Rochelle,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

The time doesn't multiple when you add several persons. I will explain you the use case for this: When you create a service with duration of 1 hour and maximum capacity of 10 people, for example, that means that in that service with duration of 1 hour can maximum be 10 people at the same time. It is made like this because the most group appointments are appointments like fitness classes, teaching classes etc., and they need all people at the same time because it is the same appointment. For your use case that company would need to add 4 single appointments, and you would need to put maximum capacity as 1 so the customers cannot enter the same appointment.

It would be great if you can suggest this feature on our features list here since we plan to follow our users needs in further plugin development. If this feature becomes more requested we will certainly reconsider it for the future versions.

    Best regards.
