I am sorry, but without any explanation of when, where and how this happens I can only guess.

From Your screenshot, my best guess is that there is a conflict with the bootstrap files.

Please go to wpDataTables main Settings on Your wp-admin page. You'll see Include full bootstrap front-end and Include full bootstrap back-end. Disable both sliders, hit Apply and refresh Your page.

Please let me know if You managed to resolve the issue.

If not, please provide me with some more information on what other parts of our plugin are You not able to see; how the table was created (if it happens on only one table).

You can also provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I've noticed You have "Post Grid" plugin installed. There is a known issue with this plugin that's causing this behavior.

Please go ahead and disable Post Grid, and test the table again - You'll see that the issue is gone.
