In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Trouble getting page to load with AJAX

    So I'm using Advanced AJAX Page Loader or Ajaxify WordPress Site(AWS), and with either plugin, through AJAX, the first page containing a table will load fine, but subsequent pages won't load the table. How can I force the AJAX call to load up the WPDATATABLE? It does load the table title, but not the table itself.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    Unfortunately we are not familiar with that plugin Advanced AJAX Page Loader and his functionality. The issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP. I suppose that that second table is serverside table that also use AJAX call to get data and all configuration for table.

    Please note that standard item support (as defined by Envato's definition of support) does not include:

    Customization services; Installation services; Writing MySQL queries; Writing advanced CSS; Resolving and debugging third party software and hardware issues; Preparing files and tables; Skype, Teamviewer calls or etc.
