Having an issue with Predefined Values and that it is always greyed out and not editable on any of my columns. I've seemed to try just about every configuration I could think of to make it editable, but it continues to be greyed out. Didn't see this problem in the previous tickets I searched through either. Any ideas?
Also, I bought Powerful Filters but not sure if this is a feature of that adon or in the core wpDataTable.
Our company is located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also, Powerful Filters display in the Sorting and Filtering tab of your tables, it's not a stand-alone addon, so to speak.
Good thing You noticed unauthorized access quickly enough.
I forgot to mention that, when You use "Cascade Filtering" feature of Powerful Filters, You won't be able to add predefined values. This is default behavior of wpDataTables, and unfortunately can't be worked around.
You can either disable cascade filtering or choose not to use predefined values.
