The visibility of the tables on the page are different, strange and awful. Help me get the tables as in preview. the images below shows the problem. thank you.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Unfortunately, we cannot use TeamViewer. Please note that standard item support (as defined by Envato's definition of support) does not include:
Customization services;
Installation services;
Writing MySQL queries;
Writing advanced CSS;
Resolving and debugging third party software and hardware issues;
Preparing files and tables;
Skype, Teamviewer calls or etc.
Support with such requests can be provided on a paid basis.
Also, please note that it can be very difficult to work on an issue where we can't access the web-site, so I must ask You to be patient with this.
From what I saw in Your screenshots, it does look like Bogdan was on the right track (with the bootstrap), but since it didn't help, I can only assume there is a conflict with either one of the plugins, or the theme. Excel doesn't use bootstrap, and that's why it is able to display the table.
So, my advice would be:
1. Change the theme and see if the tables display normally.
2. If the issue remains, please deactivate one plugin at a time, and check if the issue is still there after You do. If it is, deactivate another plugin and check again. Do this until You find the plugin which causes this.

I tried your suggestion but made no difference. By the way I am using WordPress 5.0.3.
If I write [wpdatatable id=5 table_view=regular] in a page, it does not show anything.
If I write [wpdatatable id=5 table_view=excel] in a page, it display the table but in a layout different from the preview.
If I write [wpdatachart id=1] it does not display anything.
