    Hi there,

i am moving from cloud hosted services like youcanbook.me and calendly to Amelia, and i have 1-2 little Problems which i hope you can help me by solving or maybe give you an idea for improvement.

I am using Amelia for planning online-meetings with customers (zoom-meetings).

    1. Reminders
I would love it if there would be a way to send more than one Email reminder (24 hs, 2 hs, 1 hr, 30 min before the meeting). Is there any way to do that or connect Amelia maybe to another service which could send this Email-Sequences for me?

    2. GDPR
To be complient with the GDPR it would be great if i could have a checkbox on the form.

    3. Location
Because my meetings are online, i would need to have a link as a location. That seems to be not possible. Hardcoding the link to the notification is a problem because then the same link will be send to all - but i will need different links for different services.

    4. Leads
Is there a way to (maybe after checking a checkbox) having the leads synced to a Service like Mailerlite?

    5. Is there a way to have a double-opt-in for Amelia so that i can be sure that the one who books my service is really himself?

    Hi Aysal,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    1. We have the appointment next day reminder but it is possible only to send one reminder in the specific time before the appointment, and unfortunately connecting with the other services for sending the reminders is not possible at the moment.

    2. We had a plan to implement this but it is postponed since that would mean that the customers page in your plugin would have to be empty or have a fake names, but you should know that we don't have the access to the data, the data from your customers is saved in your plugin and only you and your employees can access. Also, at the moment you can use a custom field to add this checkbox but that would mean that you only get an info about which customer doesn't want to share their data.

    3. Unfortunately, something like this isn't possible at the moment since the text for the email is the same for all services. It would be great if you could suggest this feature on our feature list here, since we plan to follow our users' needs in the further plugin development.

    4. Unfortunately this one also isn't supported at the moment. However we do have the integration with Mailchimp in our plans for the future.

    5. There is no way to check the customer at the moment, but this is a good idea and we will reconsider implementing this in one of the future versions.
