First of all, sorry for late response. 

Our company is located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days. Also, we've had non-working days during holidays.

We haven't had any bugs when testing in IE, so I'm guessing there is a conflict of some sort, either with the theme or another plugin, but until I remote in I can only guess.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I've tested the page in IE, and saw the issues You're describing.

Now, the thing is that when I enter something in the search field, it doesn't even move the | cursor, so it's not setting the font color, or making it transparent or anything like that. I also noticed that the "Clear Filters" button does have white color imposed by the theme, so my guess is that the theme is having compatibility issues with IE.

You can check with the theme's creator and see if they have a known fix for the issue, because everything seems to be working fine on other browsers.

Another thing we can try is - You can send us the theme, and we can inspect it to see if there is a possible workaround that can be done by us.

We're having a lot of troubles with this theme. I installed it locally, and it fails to display any content, regardless of our plugin being on the page or not.

I think it'd be best if you could reach out to the theme creators and see if there are any issues between it and IE. I believe they must know something about it, and can provide a fix. Until then, my advice would be to either use a different theme, or create a notice that some elements don't work with IE.

Also, please take a look at this:

Please try to find this file ../wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/source/class.wpdatatable.php and around line 2328 find this line:

$returnData .= $this->isFixedLayout() ? "table.wpDataTable { table-layout: fixed !important; }\n" : '';

after that line add this line of code:

$returnData .= $this->isFixedLayout() ? "table.wpDataTable thead th { width: 100% !important;}\n" : '';
