    Hi,

    i have several questions.

    First:

is it possible that a customer (always registered) book a appointment twice the same time? I get an error, that the customer always booked to this time.

    Second:

in the table of the bookings, is it possible that i see the number of persons that booked a appointment

    3.

Is it possible to split a appointment (like: a course is 2x60 minutes, the start is at 11 a clock, at 12 there is an lunch, at 13 a clock the second 60 minutes are starting.

    4.

    booked appointments can't remove

    5.

is it possible that we can change the roles of customer, employees (like access what they can make)

    Please help us

    Hi sportwelt,
    Thank you for your purchase.

    1) Sorry but if I understand you right, customer can't book same time slot twice. Can you please take a  screenshot of that error, so we can see it?

    2) When you have group appointment in back-end you can see list of the customers that made this appointment by clicking on collapse arrow.

    3) From version 1.4 we add feature Custom Schedule with which you can add such time slots, for example from 11h to the 14h with option Add period and then insert Break from 12h to the 13h. (attachment)

    4) Yes at the moment there is an issue with deleting appointments and it will be fixed in next version. If you want we can fix that on your website, but we need WP-LOGIN and PHPMYADMIN credentials, so we can access to the tables of our plugin and also to the appointments page. You can write credentials here because ticket is private and nobody can see it except us.

    5) Users and roles in the Amelia Booking plugin give you an option to allow all WordPress users to use the back-end of this plugin depending on their role. Since different user roles have different capabilities you can read more about that in our documentation about Users and Roles in the Amelia WordPress Booking Plugin

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Hi,

    1)

can you make a test order where you book 2 same timeslots by the same person (same email).

The answer of the system is, that your allready book this appointment.

    You can book on http://www.sportwelt-oberhof.de/langlaufkurse/

    i delete your bookings later.

    2) i know, but is it poosible that i see in a separat column.

    3) i cant book a appointment with a duration of 3h when the employee work from 10-14 with a break from 11:30-12:30

    Hi sportwelt,

    1. I have tested and the system is working like it should, when the same client tries to book the same time slot with the same name and email the plugin will shown the notice that he already booked that time slot. If you need something like this because some parents wants to book this for their children, you have two choices:
      1. You can disable "Check customer's name for existing email when booking" option in the Roles settings on the Settings page, and in that way your clients can enter the different name for the same email they use.
      2. You can show "Bringing anyone with you option" on the booking form, so the customer can choose if he books for multiple persons. In this way you will receive data of just one person that books and there will be +number of persons, without their data
    2.  Unfortunately, something like this isn't possible in our plugin.
    3. If this is the case then the brake between isn't an option because this time slot will become unavailable. You can add in the service info or in the custom field at the booking form (or both to be sure that your clients will see) information that course lasts 2x60 and that there is a lunch at 12 o'clock.

    Best regards!
