When I do a test with my own email address, the emails arrive in my junk mailbox. I chose Mailgun Service Mail though. Does someone have an explanation or a piece of advice to help me, please ?
For case like this my suggestion is to contact your hosting provider and ask them to not receive these emails in junk folder they can solve this issue.
So this is because of my hosting provider and not because of Mailgun ? Because I don't mind to receive them in the junk emails, I just do not want my clients to receive them in their junk mailbox ahah
This can be the cause of the mail that you use because some email systems ( for example gmail) does not allow receiving the mails from "some other" sources and mark them as a spam and also some of them request to allow this in settings of the mail account.
