I have purchased the Amelia plugin. I installed it on my WordPress staging domain (temporary domain). Now when I uploaded to the live site with the real domain the old temporary domain adress has followed me in the Google Calendar Settings.
Redirect URI:
Now every time I try to connect an employee to the calendar I get the error message because of that.
Error: redirect_uri_mismatch
I have deleted the plugin from the Wordpress live site and flush the cache. Reinstalled, but all the data was there together with the old domain.
How can I reset the settings together with the old domain.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days and also yesterday was non-working day because of the Christmas.
From error that you provide we can see that you probably didn't enter the right URL from “Redirect URI” field on "Create OAuth client ID" section in field Authorized redirect URL's.(attachment)
You can take a look a detail instructions about this in our documentation on this link.
I have exactly the same problem as Joachim. With due respect, I think that Milan may not understand the issue. The instructions state "...You can find the “Redirect URI” field in “Google Calendar Settings” dialog on Amelia Settings page..." BUT THAT IS THE PROBLEM. I ALSO (just like Joachim) tested Amelia on the domain of myserva.com BUT NOW HAVE IT LIVE on domain of ustaxcentral.com. The Redirect URI is shown in the Amelia Settings as https://myserva.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-employees BUT THAT IS FOR THE OLD DOMAIN. Logically, the correct URI for my "live" domain of ustaxcentral.com should be https://ustaxcentral.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-employees BUT THER DOESN'T APPEAR ANY WAY TO CHANGE THIS. Please advise how the settings can be updated ASAP. The correct URI can obviously be "inserted" in Google's system to obtain the proper credentials, but those details will not match what Amelia is storing in its settings. So there MUST be a way to change the Amelia settings to reflect the correct domain. PLEASE ADVISE.
Also I discovered that I'm not able to delete any appointments or costumers. I can only add new or edit. I imagine that it has something to do with the backend code. The mismatch of domains might trigger en error and it thinks that I don't have the admin permission to delete. I might be wrong on that as I'm not a programer. Just a hunch.
Thanks ustaxcentral for you help in clarification and Milan for your reply. I hope you have some good news for us :)
Yes, I will forward this to my team to investigate. It looks like that new URI is not properly saved in database.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login and also PHPMYADMIN credentials for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Thanks ustaxcentral, you are absolutely correct.
Installed Amelia on the domain: http://sg2.52e.myftpupload.com
When I was ready, I published the site with the new domain : http://www.ecodonutboats.com
Now when I go in Wordpress to Amelia setting, Google Calendar Settings,
Redirect URI: Is with the old domain.
http://sg2.52e.myftpupload.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-employees
The correct one should be something like:
http://ecodonutboats.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-employees
