Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE so nobody can see them except us.
Can you please give me permission to make some test employee and book one appointment for that empolyee so I can test if the booked appointments are visible in the Google calendar.
We wish to use Google Calendared Sync for appointments, with 2-way sync.
We verified a lot of times correct setup of this service Amelia and Google API side, but there is no way to see appointment on Google Calendar.
We have read carefully you guide and your detailed video, about this feature, but we didn't success in setup this.
In our employees, we have RED icon on Google Calendar sync.
Please can you help us?

Very strange I just created some test employee and test customer and booked an appointment.
As you can see that appointment is on my calendar which i connected with the employee. ( attachment)
