Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Also send me the link of the booking page so I can take a look.
OK, can you please send me the credentials to your phpmyadmin, it looks like some tables are not imported in the database so I can take a look and fix it for you.

I notice that the booking not able to work, gets stuck on loading.
See a couple script errors on the console related to a slider library, and another
Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: currentURL is not defined.

Sorry for not reaching you sooner but our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET.
The issue here was that you do not have a service, you made a categories but no services.
If you add some service like I did for the Test category you will be able to see the booking form on that page.
