Leading dollar sign + browser problem (??) preventing editing

The symptom is that fields with a leading dollar sign are displaying as 0.00 as in the referenced file, whose content is this:

    [{"id": "1", "f1":"$100.00", "f2":"100.00"}, {"id": "2", "f1":"$200.00", "f2":"200.00"}]

where the f1 field is displaying as 0.00 and the f2 field is displaying correctly.

Although it's not obvious to me why a leading dollar sign should make the display incorrect, it probably can be fixed by some configuration setting on the individual field -- probably saying f1 is not numeric.  But the problem is there's some problem with the UI that's not letting me get to that configuration menu.

For example, I create the table pointing to the JSON above, and get the correct edit screen (attachment 1).  I access the column settings for field f1 and get the correct edit screen (attachment 2).  I assume now I want to go to the Data tab.  If I hover over the data tab I get this URL

    https://online-registration.musicalretreat.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpdatatables-constructor&source&table_id=15#column-data-settings

However, clicking to that page does not get me to any column data settings pane.

For example, if I right click on the Column Filtering tab for field F1 and open it in a new link, I see attachment 3 where the URL thinks it's column filtering, but in fact it's the edit screen for the whole table.

I get the same behavior on Chrome, on IE, and on Edge.

Also it seems to be common to all of the plugin, not just table editing.  If I go to the main wpDataTables settings screen for example and try to access the Color and Font Setting Tab, I get the same problem (attachment 4).

I am running Wordpress 4.9.9, Wpdatatables 2.3.1, PHP version 7.0.31

    Thanks,

    Steve

    Hello hankssj,

    Thank You for Your purchase.

    Could You, please,

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,
