I LOVE this plugin and the Filters addon that goes with it. Sweet!
For my application, though, I want to use the very same table set up (columns, filters, etc) but update the excel data source each week. Is there any way I can do that without the need to re-create the tables and filters all over again?
Thanks for your suggestions!
Tom
Hello tmitchell9.
Thank You for Your purchase and for kind words.
If You created that table using the first option Create a table linked to an existing data source it will do just what You're asking - update the table each time You update the source (Excel) file. You only need to look out for the file location and name. When You use it for the first time (upload it from Your PC) it gets stored in wp-content/uploads/2018/12 (for December 2018) so when You update the file, You'd need to update the one in that folder, not the one You have on Your PC.
You can take a look at our documentation on how to create a table that is showing Excel data.
Please let me know if this helps.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
