Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This bug is fixed and it should be working now. It seems that some countries doesn't support using Alphanumeric Sender ID, so when your customers receive the message they will not see Alphanumeric Sender ID, then they will see the phone number that we are using. You can see at this page International support for Alphanumeric Sender ID.
Please test does everything is fine now, and if you have any issues don't hesitate to ask! We will be glad to help to resolve the issue.
I have deletede all lines in sms histoy table, ad after it's ok to delete all appaointments. Can you correct the "bug" in next vupdate to make possible to delete appointments (with sms notification) in WP backend ? Thanks !

I have one other problem:
Impossible to delete appointments (i think it's only with sms sended)
I try to delete all appaintments (tests) directly in DB (phpMyAdmin) but it's impossible i have one error message :

Other little extra : no cancel notification when appointment is deleted ?? Extra fonction in the future ?
