Could you please deactivate and activate the plugin again, maybe there is some problem with the cash. If you still have the same issue please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
This is not happening after the each update, it is happening from time to time but it is easy to solve. We will look into this to see if we can do something on our side to solve this problem for the future updates.
We will fix this issue for 1.4.2 version, we are in the middle of testing for 1.4.1 version and after that release we will investigate further this issue.
If you experience this issue again until then, please clear your server cache (if you are using some plugin for caching please purge all cache) and also browser cache and then everything should work again.
Sorry for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
today I open the dashboard menu , and it shows nothing
there is just an empty page
My dashboard is fine, the setting page is empty. I just installed the latest Amelia update. It was working before I updated it.
OMG, I haven't seen the setting page
it is is empty as well, both dashboard and setting page is empty in my installation
but I have updated yesterday and I have checked out the setting after the update and it was OK
maybe an other auto update is happened after that , I have no idea
If we enter our purchase key in the setting page , the plugin will ask permission for update or it will update automatically ?
here is console log , it may help
find the attachement

I'm having the same issue. I updated to 1.4 just now. Which cache are we clearing? Do you have a set of instructions I could use?
edit: got it nevermind.
