We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

Issue: Employee drop-down within the "Add Services" menu displays "No Data" despite employees being listed under the employee tab.

This prevents me from adding services since the employee field is required.

History: Downloaded the lite version of Amelia, then purchased the full version. Deleted lite, installed pro. Funky behavior proceeded.

Additionally, in a somewhat related note - it seems to delete all of my categories whenever I refresh the page. This may be due to the fact that there are no services inside of the categories, but I'm not sure.

    Thank you!

    Hi Gabriel,

    Thank you for your purchase.

First you need to create an employee so you can create and save a service. We have put this field in the Service options to be required because if you don't connect services and employees plugin cannot function properly.

After you do that try again to create services and refresh the page. If you still experience the same problem with categories we would need to investigate it. Please let us know.

    Best regards.

    Hello there,

I apologize, I should have mentioned that I have created multiple employees, but they do not populate in the drop-down when I attempt to create a service.

    Hi Gabriel,

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Hi Emissarymedia,

It's fixed now. Can you test it again please.

  • Emissarymedia replied

    Hello Zeliko,

That looks like it fixed the employee issue, unfortunately now it doesn't seem to load on the site itself?

    It just keeps spinning.

    Sorry about that.

    Hi Emissarymedia,
location is hidden, so, the employee will be hidden also. You can set location to be visible, or delete location if you don't need it, and it will work OK.
