When we upload the file to either install or update the plugin, we have and error that keeps coming back even though we spoke with our hosting and they increased the upload limit on the server.
A question related to this subject: how long does it take for WordPress to propose an update of your plugin from the UPDATES page, compared to the notifications in ENVATO that Amelia released an update?
I think your WordPress memory limit and upload time is too low and because of that you got this problem. Could you please try to increase these values or ask your hosting service to do that for you.
max_execution_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
upload_max_filesize = 128M
post_max_size = 256M
If the issue still persists, update your theme via ftp:
My suggestion is to update the plugin manually by following these steps:
2.) Use FTP to open /yourwordpressfolder/wp-content/plugins
3.) Delete existing ameliabooking folder.
4.) Upload previously downloaded ameliabooking folder through FTP to plugins folder (unzip it)
5.) Go to WP-admin panel, open Plugins section.
6.) Deactivate Amelia plugin, and then activate it again.
7.) Clear server and browser cache
When we release update on Envato market you will be notified via email about this. Update on WordPress Plugins Page is not synchronized with update on Envato, because we need to release auto update after which will be available on Plugins page in WordPress.

Thanks, I have modified the settings, only the execution time as the others were higher than those you proposed.

I have the same problem with the new version, which is 7.5 mega, so much smaller. cf. 2nd capture attached.
Should I delete the current version of the plugin before loading the update? Will all the settings be kept?
As for now, I cannot update. Through the ftp I face a bug with hosting where I cannot unzip the file.
