Hey there, Awesome Customers!
Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.
During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.
We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Catch you on the flip side!
Warm regards,
TMS
I created a form that pulls data from Gravity Forms. Currently there over 1000+ entries. I have filters for the view and a formula to add up a column. When I filter the view down, the SUM of the column shows the SUM for all entries instead of what is only in the view. (see attached)
Am I configuring something wrong?
Hi Jesus,Thank you for your purchase.
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
Yes that is related with server side processing. When it is turn off it is working fine.
Please be aware that server side process like ( sorting, searching, filtering, calculating functions may not work as expected for complex entries when server side is turned on. This problem is on Gravity side, and we are working on solution. Thank you for understanding.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic

Thank you for you response, Milan. So what you are saying is if I turn off "Server Side Processing," the column SUM would only show what is in the view and not the entire column?
Hi Jesus,
No, total for that column will be number for all rows. When you filter the table, total will be updated depends on of the data that is shown(when server side option is turned off)
What you can do is to set Predefined filter values for this column(Number or Number range filter) and then total will be updated based on filtered table.
Best regards.

Isidora Markovic
