Hi there, I set up the google calendar sync but it only works one-way:if i create a booking with amelia is added to google calendar, but ¨Busy¨ slots in google calendar do not show up in amelia´s calendar. I recreated the API keys twice and still have the same issue. I noticed the redirect URI is https://inspirednutritionbykelley.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpamelia-employees but the actual site is https://www.domain.com (with WWW)I tried with both URIs in google calendar API and nothing changes. I can successfully link the employee to google calendar, and I am choosing the right calendar from the drop-down. Any ideas what the problem may be?
Enable this option if you want to remove the busy slots in your employees’ Google Calendars from their work schedules in Amelia. When enabled, time slots from the Amelia Calendar will be removed whenever there is an event in the Google Calendar.
Please note: In order to use 2-way Google synchronization properly your employees should set statuses of the events in their Google calendars as Busy. In that way, time slots occupied by those events will be removed from Amelia calendar.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Milan, The option ¨Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots¨ must be enabled, not disabled as you previously stated. When enabled the time slots are removed from the front-end booking calendar as expected. But when I look at Amelia´s admin calendar no events are shown in the calendar.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
At the moment in Amelia plugin you can't show Google event in Amelia calendar. Like I explain you a few times in this ticket: In order to use 2-way Google synchronization properly your employees should set statuses of the events in their Google calendars as Busy. In that way, time slots occupied by those events will be removed from Amelia calendar.
That means that you can remove event time slots from Google calendar in Amelia plugin, but it will not be created event in Amelia plugin if you created in Google calendar.
