Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
It is working now with WP MAIL setting. Thx for the answer.
But I have an other question now. When I sync my google calendar it shows up in my calendar but the persons who booked his name isn't showing. What can the problem be here?
I am glad that email notification is working fine now.
From version 1.4 you have option Event Description in Google settings in Amelia plugin. This is a description of the event that will be displayed in the Google Calendar. You can insert text that you need and also you can use all placeholders that are available on the Notifications page like :
%customer_email%
%customer_first_name%
%customer_full_name%
%customer_last_name%
%customer_phone%
and if you insert this placeholders in Event Description field it will be shown all information from customer that made an appointment
