I am booking a time slot as a person A from my browser then I want to book an other time slot for person B, but all the fields are appear disabled with the data from the first person and I can't change them.
I have to clear my browser data to get rid of the disabled fields and data from the first person. I think you store the data on cookie which cause the problem
This is happening because you are logged in on WordPress when you tried to book an appointment for person B because you already booked an appointment with the person A and from there WP user is connected with Amelia user.
When you are running tests like this our suggestion is to use incognito mode or not be logged in a WP.
Glad to hear that. Like I said for testing purposes and in this case particular the solution is to use the approach below in order not to see this issues.
