We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello
We generate a single table in which each user (with role Editor) adds fields and only he can see his own content. We had no problems doing this.
However, we could not make users with the Administrator role to see or download the total content of the table (with this I mean the entire table, with the data that each of the editors loaded)
Is there a way to do this? I could not find something like that in the documentation
Thank you so much
Hello again Mauricio.
Please take a look at our documentation to see how to make the table editable for each user. Since You were able to do that, and You want to see all of those entries, You need to create a MySQL base table by querying the same database that the first table was created from.
You can see that in the link above, in the video. It's quite simple actually, just follow the tutorial.
Please let me know if You were able to resolve the issue.
Best regards.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thanks Aleksandar
This is amazing, everything worked perfectly! thank you very much for your help
I will write a review without a doubt
One last question, if the admin user wants to periodically erase the data from the table after generating the report, is this possible?
Regards!
You are welcome, Mauricio.
Glad that we solved the issue.
If you have any more issues or questions feel free to open a new ticket, we will gladly help.
We'd greatly appreciate it if you could take a minute and leave a Review on CodeCanyon on this link. Thanks!
Admin can do whatever he wants - he can delete data, add data, modify data, etc. Depending on the type of table, of course. It doesn't matter if You allowed the regular users to add and see their own data, admin can still change that and delete it whenever he/she deems necessary.
Best regards.

Sorry, I did not explain myself well. I mean to be able to erase all the data in a single time and not in a row. I could not find a way to do this. Maybe you could select several rows and erase them?
I'm sorry Mauricio, but I did not quite understand this:
I mean to be able to erase all the data in a single time and not in a row.
Do You mean erase all the data in a column all at once?
If that is what You mean, that is not possible with the plugin's built-in features. You can delete the column and add it again to save time, depending of course on the settings of the table and the way it was created. If it was created from Google Sheets, for example, You wouldn't be able to delete the column because it would break the whole table. You can, however, select all cells within that column in Google Sheets and delete the content inside those cells, and it would reflect on the table in real time.
Could You, please explain to me how the table is being generated and what it is exactly You would try deleting as an admin. You can create a sample table in Excel and show it to me (take screenshots, record Your screen, etc.).
Best regards.

Aleksandar Vuković

Hello Aleksandar
Sorry, I'll try to be clearer
I am using a table created manually (table A) where only editors can upload their data
Then create another table (Table B) linked to table A where only one admin user has access and can see the data that all the editors created
This last action the Admin performs periodically and does not need a historical, I was wondering if there was any way to reset or delete only the data.
Thank you very much.
PS: Write a review on CodeCanyon
Hello again Mauricio.
I saw the review. You were very kind, thank You!
For this other table that only the one admin would have access to - he can view the table using the Excel-like editor, and then drag the mouse over multiple cells to delete only the data inside those cells, without affecting the columns.
Please let me know if this helps.
Best regards.

Aleksandar Vuković
