We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi!

Our business is a hatchet throwing business, so we are open unique hours and open late.  I noticed that if I set a Service (or as we call, Reservation Length) at 2 hours, it only gives me 2 hour blocks for the length my business is open.

    For example:

    • My business is open from 5pm to 10pm on a Wednesday
    • If you select "2 hours", the only options are:
      • 5 - 7 pm
      • 7 - 9 pm
    • Why couldn't the customer choose
      • 5 - 7 pm
      • 6 - 8 pm
      • 7 - 9 pm
      • 8 - 10 pm

This will ultimately cause blocks of unreserved time-slots for our business, which we expect to be at near-full capacity regularly.

Second question: There are two different days that our business is open until midnight (Friday and Saturday), but we can only seem to set up reservations until 11pm.  Is there a way to fix this?

    Hi sfxdotcom,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

We have an option in General Settings Use service duration for booking a time slot, I suppose that this option is enabled in your settings and that is why you see only these two time slots (so this option needs to be disabled). If it is not, check Default Time Slot Step option above, and set it to 1 hour.

As for your second question, we are aware that there is an issue and we will give our best to find a solution as soon as possible (currently we are in the middle of preparing a new large update so I cannot say for sure if this will be fixed until then). For now the time until the working hours can be set depends on the Default time slot step, if you set 1 hour, the last possible time will be 23h, if you set 5 minutes the last possible time will be 23:55h, if you set 30 minutes the last possible time will be 23:30h (but you should know that the Default time slot step will have influence on the number of the time slots shown in the booking calendar).
