is there any option for admin to send bulk mail to all the subscribers? (ex: for notifying all the customers about new offers)

Unfortunately, something like this isn't possible at the moment. We have our features list here, where you can suggest or vote for the new features. We would be really grateful if you could suggest this feature, because we plan to follow the users' needs in further plugin development.
