I'm wondering when in the process the customer is prompted to pay for the service I have listed. I've approved the appointment, however, the customer hasn't paid yet. How do I configure the payments to withdraw the money?
If you set payment method on site you have option to change status of appointment to Pending or Rejected or if you use PayPal or Stripe your customers will not be able to make a booking if they do not pay.
