We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I have a platform where we host a list of consultants. Users of our site will browse our list of consultants, look for the one that matches their needs, and books a session with them directly from that user's profile page.
Is this possible with Amelia? Am I able to have multiple booking systems/versions that show up on the individual consultant pages?
Hi Taylor,
Thank you for your inquiry.
Yes it is possible to use separate Booking forms for each consultant. Since we don't have the option to show employees' profiles on the front at the moment, you would need to create them out of the Amelia plugin. Then, you can add a separate shortcode for each employee, just check the Preselect Booking Parameters in the Amelia insert shortcode button and you will see a filter where you can choose an employee. More about this you can read here. So, for example, for employee 1 you will use [ameliabooking employee=1] shortcode, for employee two [ameliabooking employee=2], and in that way you will show a different booking form for each employee (I used as an example Step-by-step booking form, but you can set this for the Catalog too).
If you are interested to be a Beta tester for our upcoming SMS notifications feature please send us your email.
Thank you! Is it also possible to only allow members of the wordpress site (users who have registered) to book sessions?
Hi Taylor,
You are welcome.
Unfortunately, something like this isn't possible. It would be great if you could suggest this feature on our features list here. We plan to follow our users' needs and implement the most requested features first.
