I just bought the plugin and I am trying to configure it for a website offering financial services. I want the customers to book appointments either for in person appointments or over the internet appointments. Therefore my employees need to be available for both "locations". How can I do this?
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
You would need to create two same employees, one you will connect with the Location A, assign those services and set that working hours, and the other you will connect with the Location B. At the moment employee can only be connected to one location and working hours are set for the employee, not for the service, so this is the only option at the moment. We plan to include new shortcodes where you will be able to show services based on a location, but at this moment you can use Step-by-step Booking form or Catalog view to show this. Once your customers choose the location (this filter is before the employees dropdown) they will not see two same employees.
Second option is to create duplicated services (for each location) that you will separate into two categories based on a location, and connect it with two different employees, and then use a Catalog view with two categories. Once your clients choose a category they will see services, and once they choose a service they will not see duplicated employees, because only one employee will be assigned to that service.
thanks for the response! That sounds somehow doable but when adding the other employee it says "email address already exists". How can I get around this issue? I also thought already about using the category as "location" but using the catalog view is too complicated and confuses the customer. Could you please just add the categories to the main booking form as a dropdown?
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days and also yesterday was non-working day because of the Christmas.
You can't use same email for your employees, so you need to insert other email for your second employee. Unfortunately at the moment it is not possible to show categories as dropdown.
Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on plugin side in the future.
Unfortunately at the moment this is not implement in our plugin, because there was and there are a lot of priority features that have to be done in next period.
We constantly strive to make our product better, and deliver the most value for our end users - so please share your feedback on what features you need in next versions or vote for existing ones on this link.
For employees multiply locations, there is a workaround where you can make three same employees with different emails(you can use same email by adding numbers for example if your client email address is [email protected] you can make more employees with same email adding numbers like [email protected],[email protected]... )
And then you can use ameliabooking shortcode and on front-end you can hide with CSS dropdawn with Employees and it will be shown just Location dropdawn.

Hi Milan,
any news on adding this to the plugin? Right now I still cannot use it because of this missing feature.
