Currently the limit of each session i created maximum is 8 hours.
How can I increase that limit to say 10 hours?

From version 1.3.3 we have more duration options for services. Go to the Services page, open the Service information and see under the Duration option, you should see more duration options to maximum of about 23 hours. Please note, if you set 10 hours duration you should also increase the working hours to 10 hours, if you don't do that this service will be unavailable.
