Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi, HTTP DELETE method is forbidden (403 Access Denied). You need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to allow this method.
This is thrown by the server:
<HTML> <HEAD> <TITLE>Access Denied</TITLE> </HEAD>
<BODY BGCOLOR="white" FGCOLOR="black"> <H1>Access Denied</H1> <HR>
<FONT FACE="Helvetica,Arial"><B> Description: You are not allowed to access the document you requested. </B></FONT> <HR> </BODY>
So i have had various back and forth conversations with GoDaddy and yourselves on this. They are unable to apply the fix to resolve the issue of being unable to delete any services and have provided me with the below response when asked to disable to Mod_Security within the server.
"We run some test here and we see that its not hitting Mod-Sec but there is no issue from server end as well Its something related to plugin which cx will have to review."
Would it be possible to look into this further as they are not convinced the Mod_Security is the issue. I have seen a few support channels in relation to this but non with a resolution.
I really need to get a fix for this as soon as possible as my client needs to use the booking system.
I have recently contacted GoDaddy support who have basically come back with the same issue that the problem sits on the Plugin side.
To your response they have stated that "We haven't tried it and we cannot really try it since you're using a managed WordPress which comes with files that have read-only access."
I was also told "You'll be needing to have a Private server which can be obtained from a Virtual Private Server (VPS) plan cause the one you got right now is on a shared network server which has restrictions when it comes on configuring server methods/settings cause this will also impact the other user from the shared network. "
It looks like they are unable to help me with this issue which leaves me in a strange position where neither Hosting or Plugin Support can resolve the issue, No one else seems to be having this issue, is it because I am with GoDaddy Hosting or can this be fixed Plugin side? I am sure I have been able to delete Services in a previous update of the plugin.
Any help would be appreciated as I am unable to provide this as a service.
We will replace DELETE method with POST method and add different route for deleting entities. This will solve this problem when hosting refuses to allow DELETE method. We will add this into our next update.

Hi,
Did you ask your server provider to try to execute DELETE method on any resource (e.g. with Postman)? It will return the same response, Access Denied.
For example they can even try it for this URL:
And the server response will be the same.
