You can also see that in the tooltip (attachment) the data will be groped by the row not by the column.

is it possible to group users in column in order to have a header like this:

unfortunately, visually your attachment is a row grouping and not a column grouping...

Sorry for misunderstanding.
Unfortunately column grouping is not possible to achieve with the plugin built in features at the moment.
Only row grouping for some of the table types.
