    Hi--

I have two questions about the calendar.

    1)  Is it possible to block time off just for specific date for an employee?  For example, if I wanted to block 2PM-3PM off for Tuesday, 11/27/18, but did not want to block 2PM-3PM on Tuesdays in general, how would I do that?

    2)  I'm unable to set appointments for the entire next day for an employee, despite the fact that they do not have the day off, and I've allowed appointments to be set within 10 hours in advance, so 24 hours in advance should work.

    Thanks,

    DS

    Hi dwsmith123,
    Thank you for your purchase.

1.) Unfortunately at the moment we don't have option like Special days (we have this feature on our TO DO list), but you can connect your employee with Google calendar and there to add event which will be only for that week. Like this those time-slots will be disabled and no one will be able to book it.

    2) Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Best regards.

    Kind Regards,

    Isidora Markovic

Okay, here's the link to login.  https://gradschooli.com/wp-admin/?wtlwp_token=03dfc093e28cc4622b2fb9f4f9c91687

I disabled the minimum time before appointment entirely, and it still adds a lead time.  It looks like it is adding about 8 hours lead time no matter what the settings are-- so setting it to 10 hours lead time is actually 18 hours, and setting no lead time is 8 hours.

Another question:  I followed the instructions on the Amelia website on synching Google Calendar, and I get this error:

    Not Acceptable!

An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.

    Any advice on this?

    Hi dwsmith123,

We visit your website, and we check all settings that you set in Amelia. We notice that you set working hour of employee from 8h to 17h so when you set minimum time before appointment to 10h you will not be able to book appointment at all, because working hours of your employee are from 8h to 17h which means 9h of work and when you set 10h minimum time before appointment which means that first available slot will be on 18h, and because of working hours from 8h to 17h you will not be able to book anything.

When you have error: Not Acceptable! which means that you probably have some security on server that block this. You mention that you use mod_security on your server, which is the reason of this error. You have to check with your hosting provider how to whitelist those calls or change settings on server because it is not possible to use syncing with Google Calendar at the moment because of mod_security.

    Best regards.

    HI Daniel,

Sorry about that. When we check your settings about Timezone in WordPress settings we check that is set to UTC+0, and we didn't know where your actual location is or your actual Timezone. We will definitely pay attention on this in the future if customers will have similar issue.

I am glad that now is working fine.

    Best regards.
